Let's face it - the Pandemic had a severe impact on our students and we need to make up for lost ground. Most students are significantly behind in reading, writing, and math. Standardized and State testing shows our students have fallen behind in almost all metrics.

While teachers continue to help students catch up to normal achievement levels, gifted students don't receive the same challenging enrichment they need to excel. I started the Chapel Hill Academy to provide students with additional enrichment courses so they can be prepared for college and have a competitive advantage during the admissions process.
